This short animation was made as part of the NUA film series. Most of the animation for the series was made in the same style but this one was a bit different. Greg Fromholz, the Director, wanted something bespoke for David’s Story; something that could stand alone apart from the rest of the series. So this is what we made!

All the imagery for David’s Story was hand-drawn by Stef in a photo-based, realistic style. Thankfully there wasn’t too much actual animation as the time-frame to get this one done was tight!
